What happens if you source the highest quality ingredients possible?

Our pizza is Neapolitan-Inspired. That means our dough is handmade every week with Imported Italian flour, sea salt, yeast, and water before being allowed to cold-ferment for a minimum of 24 hours. Our sauce is made with imported Italian San Marzano tomatoes, and we top our pizzas with delicious Wisconsin Mozzarella & Parmesan.

We occasionally host outside chef’s from other restaurants and let them show off their cuisine, so please check our calendar for the next guest-chef “Pop-In”!
